Chris Palma is the Principal Broker at Palma Properties Inc. with locations in Lafayette and Ukiah, CA. As the managing broker, Chris splits time between the two offices while representing both buyers and sellers, who are individual and corporate clients. He helps his clients with acquisitions and leases in a variety of ways that includes single family homes, multi-unit residential, commercial, and vacant land etc.

Also, as President and sole investor of Diablo Investment Group, Inc. Chris personally invested into 75+ homes in the bay area over the last 15 years. Diablo’s investment strategy is to buy, rehab, & sell distressed residential and commercial properties to maximize ROI from REO’s, Trustee Sales, Foreclosures, 3rd party investors and properties listed on the MLS. His diversified Real Estate expertise has been of great value to everyone he works with.

Chris previously worked in corporate finance as Finance and Business Director for Newtimes Media, Inc. a print media company where he managed 175 employees and $40+ million annual budgets. He managed and oversaw all functions of business operations and was directly responsible for all accounting and company financials.

Chris graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance emphasizing in Real Estate. A California licensed broker, and a member of the National & California Association of Realtors, as well as local associations. Chris was born and raised in California, grew up in Carmel, and has lived in and around Lafayette for the last 15 years where he currently resides with his wife and three girls.
