Not only do the immediate needs of our close-knit community compel our team to action, but throughout this beautiful country we call home, citizens have reached out for help – and we’re here to answer the call.
One such example of “giving back” is our commitment to Give Back Homes, an organization established to help those in need become homeowners, realizing the American Dream. By contributing a portion of their commissions, our team members share their giveback experience with their homebuyers and sellers. With 100% of our contributions going directly to a family in need, we help make their dreams of home ownership a reality.

One of our annual events – and most fun – is the Dunk Tank for Charity promotion we look forward to each year. Attendees can bid for the privilege of dunking members of the community all to benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Each year we raise more money for the often underserved people who lack the resources to secure mental health services for themselves. Through community outreach, support meetings and referral services NAMI provides an unparalleled contribution to those in need. With mental health services becoming more anemic, if provided at all, local Sheriff’s offices and emergency rooms have taken the brunt of the problem. Without specific patient needs being addressed, those with mental health issues unfortunately often slip through the cracks and end up homeless, or worse. The worst of the issue being that our Veterans make up a large percentage of those seeking Mental Health help. We are very proud of our work helping the local NAMI chapter.
It is with great anticipation that we welcome our annual gift donation box benefitting local children in need. This year in particular, the fires that ravaged much of California left families greatly needing support, especially during the holidays. It may seem trivial given the horrors many families faced during the infernos, but sometimes an unexpected gift can raise spirits beyond the pale, allowing for the healing ground work to begin. There’s nothing better than watching a child surprised with a wrapped gift from the heart.
We are always looking to expand our gifts back to the communities that graciously allow our team to grow and thrive. Each day presents an opportunity to help those around us. It is these opportunities that fuel our drive and commitment to the communities we serve.
