This recommendation for the realtor services of David Palma and his team is in reference to the recent sale of my mother’s home at 4600 Hwy 20 in Ukiah, CA. We can comfortably highly recommend him based on his professionalism, his knowledge of the community and the current market trends. He offered ideas regarding the best approach to take when marketing a unique property. He was able to identify clearly the strengths and weaknesses of the property. This clarity allowed us to prepare the home for sale to get a better than expected outcome in the course of the sale.
We found he managed communication and timelines very efficiently. When there were circumstances that could have delayed the sale he gave us his best ideas on how to proceed and he made all the necessary legal and professional contacts in a timely manner. He gave us written, electronic and verbal contact throughout the process. At times this was challenging as there were three siblings involved in the decision making process that were located coast to coast in three different time zones. He remained patient when there were individual questions and hesitations. It went on the market and closed in approximately 45 days.
Due to the geographic distribution of the siblings he and his staff stepped in and helped in the closing days to make sure all the loose ends and residual furniture, boxes and contacts were made as needed.
If he had not made the necessary suggestions regarding repairs and staging, we most certainly would not have realized the multiple offers made when the property went on the market. The professional photography used to exhibit the property online most certainly helped in obtaining multiple offers very quickly.
David maintained respect and confidentiality throughout the process which can be a challenge in a small, rural community. He had economical professional services he recommended for landscaping services and inspections. When faced with selling a property from a long distance this was reassuring.
In conclusion we would willingly recommend him to family members or friends who reside in the geographical vicinity.”
